The Jammu & Kashmir government has extended the summer vacation for schools in the Kashmir region and winter zones of Jammu until 26 July.
The Jammu & Kashmir government has announced that the summer vacation for schools in the Kashmir region and the winter zones of Jammu will now run until 26 July. The decision was made by the state’s education department and applies to all government and private schools in the affected areas. The extension is intended to provide students and teachers with additional rest time before the new academic session begins. Schools will resume classes on 27 July, following the extended break. The move is expected to impact school calendars and may require adjustments to teaching schedules.
