The Karnataka government has partnered with ElevenLabs to trial voice‑based artificial intelligence solutions in skill development programmes, healthcare delivery and citizen‑service platforms.
The state of Karnataka announced a collaboration with ElevenLabs to run pilot projects that use voice‑enabled artificial intelligence across three key areas: skill development, healthcare and citizen services.
The pilots will test ElevenLabs' voice synthesis and conversational AI tools within selected government departments to assess how the technology can improve accessibility, reduce response times and enhance user experience for beneficiaries.
Officials said the initiative is part of Karnataka's broader push to adopt emerging digital technologies and modernise public service delivery, with the aim of scaling successful models across the state in the coming months.
