In a landmark announcement, Karnataka Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar revealed that artificial intelligence will be integrated into the state’s school curriculum starting from class six. The move aims to equip students with AI literacy at an early age.
Shivakumar also announced the establishment of India’s first public university dedicated solely to artificial intelligence, which will be located in Bengaluru. The university is expected to offer specialized courses and research opportunities in AI.
