The Kanker police in Chhattisgarh have launched Mission Rakshak, a program aimed at training local youth to qualify for recruitment into various security forces.

The Kanker district police in Chhattisgarh have rolled out a new initiative called Mission Rakshak. The scheme is designed to provide systematic training to young residents of the district, equipping them with the physical and academic skills required for entry into central and state security forces.

Under the program, participants will undergo fitness drills, basic weapon handling, and preparatory classes for competitive examinations conducted by agencies such as the Indian Army, BSF, CRPF and state police services. The police department has coordinated with local training centers to ensure that the curriculum aligns with official recruitment standards.

Officials said the effort aims to address unemployment among the region’s youth while simultaneously strengthening the pool of eligible candidates for the nation’s security apparatus. Interested candidates can register at the Kanker police headquarters, where further details about eligibility and schedules will be provided.
