The Jharkhand government today released a new email address for candidates of the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) and Jharkhand State Service Commission (JSSC) to forward their suggestions and concerns.
The email, “jpsc.jssc.suggestions@jharkhand.gov.in”, will serve as a direct channel for aspirants to communicate issues related to exam patterns, recruitment procedures, and candidate support services.
In a statement, officials said the government will review all submissions and incorporate feasible recommendations into upcoming reforms of the JPSC and JSSC examination processes.
The move follows growing demands from aspirants for greater transparency and candidate‑friendly policies in state‑level civil service recruitment.
