Jharkhand CM Launches AME and Air Hostess Courses to Upskill Youth

Chief Minister Hemant Soren has unveiled a state‑wide aviation training initiative that will provide Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) and cabin crew courses to young people across Jharkhand. The program, launched in a press conference in the state capital, aims to equip students with industry‑certified skills that are in high demand in the growing Indian aviation sector. By offering hands‑on training and certification, the scheme intends to create a pipeline of qualified technicians and flight attendants who can secure jobs in airlines and maintenance hubs. The government has said the courses will be delivered in partnership with established aviation training institutes, ensuring that participants receive both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
