The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main for 2027 is slated to be conducted at eleven test centres in Bihar, with major cities such as Patna, Gaya and Muzaffarpur among them.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has indicated that the JEE Main examination for the 2027 admission cycle will take place at eleven designated centres across the state of Bihar. Among the listed locations are the state capital Patna, as well as the historic cities of Gaya and Muzaffarpur.
These centres are expected to accommodate thousands of engineering aspirants who will sit for the computer‑based test in the scheduled session. The NTA’s provisional list aims to ensure geographic spread, reducing travel burdens for candidates from different districts.
The announcement provides clarity for students planning their logistics and preparation timelines ahead of the official registration window. It also underscores Bihar’s growing role as a hub for national-level competitive examinations.
