Jayasurya to Start Shooting 'Mayan – Chapter 1' on 24 July

Malayalam actor and filmmaker Jayasurya has announced that principal photography for his new feature film "Mayan – Chapter 1" will commence on 24 July 2024. The announcement was made by the production team in a statement released earlier today. The film, expected to be a thriller set in the heart of Kerala, will feature Jayasurya in the lead role, with a supporting cast that has not yet been disclosed. According to the statement, shooting will begin at a location in Kerala and is scheduled to run for approximately 90 days. The production team has also indicated that the film will be shot in high definition and will include a mix of on‑location and studio sequences.
