The Jatinga Festival in Assam is set to resume on November 21‑22, moving to a new venue and featuring performances by Bollywood singers.
The annual Jatinga Festival will be held in Assam on November 21 and 22, marking its return after a brief hiatus. Organisers have announced that the event will take place at a new venue, though the exact location has not been disclosed in the release.
A notable addition this year is the participation of several Bollywood singers, who are expected to perform on the main stage. Their involvement is aimed at broadening the festival’s appeal and attracting a larger, more diverse audience from across the state and beyond.
Festival officials said the revamped setting and star‑studded line‑up are intended to enhance the cultural experience while preserving the traditional spirit of Jatinga. Ticketing details and a full schedule will be released shortly as the dates approach.
