Jammu & Kashmir Achieves 15.67 Lakh Tap Water Connections Under Jal Jeevan Mission

The Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation has announced that 15.67 lakh households in Jammu and Kashmir are now connected to tap water under the Jal Jeevan Mission. This milestone marks a significant step toward ensuring safe drinking water for residents across the state. The mission, launched nationwide in 2019, aims to provide piped water to every household by 2024.
