Jalandhar Youth Arrested After Double Murder of Wife and Father

A 28‑year‑old man was taken into custody in Jalandhar after police recovered the bodies of his wife and father, who were found dead in their home.
Earlier this week, police in Jalandhar, Punjab, recovered the bodies of a woman and a man from a residence on Main Street. The deceased were identified as the wife and father of a 28‑year‑old resident of the city.
Following the discovery, investigators detained the suspect, who was found at the scene with a weapon. He is charged with murder and is awaiting further court proceedings.
