Jalandhar police apprehended three drug smugglers and recovered one kilogram of opium along with ₹22,000 in suspected drug money.
Acting on anti-narcotics efforts, Jalandhar police have arrested three suspected drug smugglers in a significant crackdown. The operation led to the recovery of one kilogram of opium from the accused.
Along with the contraband, authorities also seized ₹22,000 in cash, which is believed to be proceeds from illegal drug trade. The arrests mark another step in the ongoing drive against drug trafficking in the region.
