A sudden power outage in Jaipur stopped the AIAPGET 2026 exam at Shri Satya Sai PG College, affecting 49 candidates. NTA has scheduled a make‑up test on 1 September.
A sudden electricity failure struck Jaipur while the AIAPGET 2026 examination was underway at the Shri Satya Sai PG College centre. The outage forced the test to be halted midway.
Forty‑nine candidates were unable to complete their papers before power was restored, prompting the National Testing Agency (NTA) to intervene.
NTA announced that a supplementary examination will be conducted on 1 September for the affected candidates, ensuring they receive a fair opportunity to finish the test.
The agency confirmed that the retest will follow the same syllabus, format and evaluation criteria as the original AIAPGET.
Candidates have been advised to keep an eye on official NTA communications for further instructions and venue details.
