The Jaipur police have arrested a cyber thief who was targeting elderly and women at ATM booths in the city. The accused would approach his victims under the pretext of helping them and then switch their ATM cards. He would then use the stolen cards to withdraw cash from their accounts. The police have recovered 24 debit cards from the accused.
