The International Tourism Mart (ITM) Goa 2026 was officially opened at the Panjim Convention Centre, marking the start of the three‑day tourism showcase in Goa.
The International Tourism Mart (ITM) Goa 2026 kicked off on Monday with a formal inauguration ceremony at the Panjim Convention Centre. State tourism officials, industry representatives and media personnel attended the event, which signals the beginning of a three‑day exhibition that will host domestic and international travel operators.
Organisers said the fair aims to position Goa as a year‑round destination, highlighting its beaches, heritage sites and emerging eco‑tourism projects. Over 200 exhibitors are expected to showcase travel packages, hospitality services and ancillary products.
The schedule includes B2B matchmaking sessions, seminars on sustainable tourism and cultural performances that will run through Thursday. The event is expected to generate significant business leads for local hotels, transport providers and tour operators.
Authorities have also announced ancillary activities such as a food festival and a heritage walk to attract visitors beyond the trade community. The ITM Goa platform is part of the broader national tourism calendar designed to boost inbound travel post‑pandemic.
