The deadline for IPL teams to submit their player retention and release lists has been extended by two days to November 17.
In a significant development for the upcoming IPL 2027 season, the deadline for franchises to submit their player retention and release lists has been officially extended. Teams now have an additional two days to finalize their squads before the mini-auction.
The new deadline for submitting these lists is set for November 17. This extension provides franchises with extra time to strategize their core player combinations ahead of the auction process.
The mini-auction for the tournament is scheduled to take place on December 16 in Goa. Teams will use this extended period to carefully evaluate their rosters before the bidding begins.
