Interarch Technologies Ltd said that Rs 200 crore of its Rs 250 crore qualified institutional placement will be used to fund a new plant in Andhra Pradesh, CEO Manish Garg told NDTV Profit.

Interarch Technologies Ltd announced that out of the Rs 250 crore qualified institutional placement (QIP) it is raising, Rs 200 crore will be earmarked for its upcoming manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh.

The funds are slated to finance the expansion of the company's production capacity for its core product lines, leveraging the state's industrial incentives and logistics network.

CEO Manish Garg disclosed the allocation in an interview with NDTV Profit, adding that the remaining Rs 50 crore from the QIP will be directed towards working capital and other corporate needs. The placement is expected to be closed in the coming weeks and will be offered to institutional investors.

Industry analysts view the move as part of Interarch's broader strategy to deepen its footprint in southern India, where demand for its offerings has been growing steadily.
