Infistar, a Gujarat‑based energy solutions provider, announced a joint venture with Finland’s Arciplug to target the growing market for small compressed biogas plants in India.
The partnership will combine Infistar’s local manufacturing and distribution network with Arciplug’s advanced biogas technology.
Industry analysts say the market for small‑scale biogas units is set to rise as India pushes for renewable energy and waste‑to‑energy solutions.
The JV plans to roll out pilot units in select states next year and expand nationwide by 2026.
