An Indore resident has filed a formal complaint with the Food and Civil Supplies Department alleging that a local gas agency is providing underfilled cylinders and threatening customers who raise concerns.

A consumer in Indore has lodged a written complaint with the Food and Civil Supplies Department regarding alleged discrepancies in the gas supplied by a local agency. The customer claims that the gas cylinders received were not filled to the standard quantity.

According to the complaint, when the issue of underfilled cylinders was raised with the agency operator, the operator reportedly responded by issuing threats instead of addressing the problem. The consumer stated that the agency representative invoked their alleged influential connections to intimidate the complainant.

Following the alleged threats and the unresolved issue, the consumer decided to escalate the matter by filing a formal written complaint with the relevant government department. The complaint seeks an investigation into the agency's practices.
