In a major crackdown on encroachments, the Indore municipal corporation and district administration on Saturday demolished over 80 illegal structures in the Khajarana area. The demolished structures included more than 50 hutments and 8 shops. The action was taken to free up government land that had been occupied by encroachers for years. The area where the demolition took place is located near the Nahar Shahwali Dargah in Khajarana.
