Indian cricket team heads to Australia for special training ahead of Border‑Gavaskar Test series
Indian players will travel to Australia next month to attend a dedicated training camp as preparations begin for the upcoming Border‑Gavaskar Trophy Test series.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has confirmed that the Indian cricket team will travel to Australia for a special training camp ahead of the Border‑Gavaskar Trophy series, which is set to begin next month.
The camp is intended to help players acclimatise to Australian conditions and fine‑tune their skills for the five‑match Test series, a marquee contest between the two nations.
BCCI officials have arranged the logistics and the squad will join the camp shortly before the series kickoff, ensuring focused preparation.
The initiative follows a period of domestic and overseas training, with officials expecting the camp to give the team a competitive edge in the upcoming series.
