India Rebukes NYT Over PoK Term

The Indian government has taken strong exception to the terminology used by the New York Times regarding Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir. In a stern response, India has termed the usage as misleading and incorrect. This comes after the New York Times used a particular term to describe the region, which India claims is an integral part of its territory. The Indian government has consistently maintained that Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir is an integral part of India and any reference to it should be made with this context in mind.
