India is extending its high‑tech Himalayan Surveillance Shield, an invisible security network, from the high‑altitude region of Ladakh to the eastern frontier of Arunachal Pradesh. The move aims to enhance border monitoring and rapid response capabilities along the sensitive Indo‑China frontier.
India has announced the expansion of its Himalayan Surveillance Shield, a sophisticated network of sensors, drones and satellite links designed to monitor the country's northern and eastern borders.
