India and Liechtenstein have signed an agreement to deepen economic ties, aiming to expand trade and investment between the two nations.
New Delhi and Vaduz officials concluded talks this week, agreeing to strengthen economic cooperation across sectors such as finance, technology and tourism. The two governments said the pact will facilitate greater market access, encourage joint ventures and simplify regulatory procedures for businesses. Both sides highlighted the potential for increased bilateral trade, which currently stands at modest levels, and expressed intent to explore new opportunities in renewable energy and digital services. The agreement also includes provisions for regular high‑level dialogues to monitor progress and address any challenges. Officials expect the first concrete projects to be launched within the next twelve months.
