As per the latest updates, an IAS officer who was serving in Jammu Kashmir has been transferred to Lakshadweep. The officer's new role and responsibilities in Lakshadweep are not yet clear. The transfer is a part of the routine reshuffle that takes place in the administrative services. The officer will be taking up the new assignment in Lakshadweep soon.
