Sagebrook International School, launched in July 2026, introduces Hyderabad’s inaugural biophilic campus that integrates nature‑based design with a neuro‑inclusive learning philosophy.
Sagebrook International School opened its doors to students and families in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, in July 2026. The campus, developed in collaboration with Whitgift School of the United Kingdom, is the city’s first to embed biophilic design principles throughout its classrooms, corridors and outdoor areas.
The school’s concept treats the built environment as an active partner in child development, using natural light, greenery and organic materials to stimulate well‑being and cognitive growth. A neuro‑inclusive philosophy guides the layout, ensuring spaces accommodate diverse learning needs and sensory profiles.
Administrators say the design aims to foster curiosity, reduce stress and improve academic outcomes by aligning physical surroundings with modern educational research. The initiative marks a significant shift in Hyderabad’s private‑school sector toward environmentally responsive and inclusive learning spaces.
