Hyderabad police have detained ten alleged gang members in a kidnapping‑for‑ransom case, marking a significant step in the ongoing investigation.
Hyderabad police announced the arrest of ten men suspected of involvement in a kidnapping‑for‑ransom plot earlier this week.
The operation, carried out by the city’s anti‑crime squad, targeted a network that allegedly abducted several individuals and demanded large sums of money for their release.
Sources said the suspects were taken into custody at a police station in the city after a coordinated raid.
Investigators are now reviewing evidence and will determine whether further charges will be filed.
