The Houthi movement said it struck Saudi Arabia’s oil installations, including Aramco sites, and Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport, warning of further attacks in response to Saudi military actions.

The Houthi armed group announced that it carried out coordinated strikes on several strategic targets in Saudi Arabia, notably oil facilities linked to the state oil company Aramco and the King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh. The statement, released through the group’s official channels, said the attacks were a direct response to recent Saudi-led military operations in Yemen.

According to the Houthi claim, the oil installations hit were part of the kingdom’s critical energy infrastructure, though no casualty figures or damage assessments have been independently verified. The airport attack was described as an attempt to disrupt civilian air traffic and demonstrate the group’s reach.

The rebels warned that they will continue to target Saudi interests until what they describe as “aggression” against Houthi-held areas in Yemen ceases. Saudi authorities have not yet confirmed the extent of any damage or the number of injuries, and they have pledged to investigate the incidents.

The latest claims come amid heightened tensions in the Red Sea region, where both commercial shipping and military movements have increased following the ongoing conflict between the Saudi coalition and Houthi forces.
