Hindu groups dharna in Tikamgarh over Sub‑Inspector abuse during Durga pandal setup

Members of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh gathered outside the Superintendent of Police's office, staging a dharna to demand action against the officer. Several leaders, including Rajveer Yadav, were reported to be present at the protest site.
District authorities have registered a formal complaint and announced an internal inquiry into the Sub‑Inspector's conduct. Police officials emphasized that any misconduct will be dealt with according to departmental rules, while also urging the public to maintain law and order during religious events.
