The horror drama ‘Hostel Haadsa’ will debut on the ZEE5 platform on 28 October, with free streaming available via the Free5 service, according to Kerala TV.
Kerala TV announced that the Hindi-language horror series "Hostel Haadsa" is scheduled to go live on the ZEE5 streaming platform on 28 October. The series, which centers on supernatural events in a hostel setting, will be accessible to viewers at no cost through the Free5 service, a free tier offered by ZEE5.
The launch aligns with ZEE5's ongoing push to expand its regional content library, especially in the horror genre, which has seen growing audience interest across India. No further details about the cast, crew, or episode count were disclosed in the brief announcement.
Potential viewers can expect the series to be available for immediate streaming once the date arrives, with standard ZEE5 app compatibility across smartphones, tablets, and smart TVs. The platform has not indicated any subscription requirements for the Free5 tier beyond the usual registration process.
Industry observers note that the free-to-watch model may help the series attract a broader audience, particularly younger viewers who are increasingly turning to ad-supported streaming options. The series' performance could influence future content strategies for ZEE5's Hindi horror slate.
