The grant will be disbursed through the state’s e‑payment portal within 30 days of approval, and beneficiaries are required to complete construction within 12 months. The government expects the initiative to benefit thousands of low‑income families and stimulate local building material suppliers.
State officials have set up a dedicated help desk in each district to assist applicants with documentation and to monitor progress, ensuring transparency and timely delivery of funds.
