An ambulance traveling at high speed lost control and rolled over near Dakshingav on the Gaya‑Rajgir highway, leaving six occupants and a passerby injured, with two in serious condition.
Earlier today, a high‑speed ambulance travelling along the Gaya‑Rajgir main road (NH‑82) near Dakshingav lost control and tipped onto the roadside. The vehicle rolled several times, with its wheels lifting off the ground before coming to rest.
The ambulance was carrying six people at the time of the accident. In addition to the occupants, a bystander identified as Vipul Singh, who was present on the verge, also sustained injuries when the vehicle overturned.
Emergency services arrived promptly, evacuating the seven injured individuals to the nearest medical facility. Six of the victims, including the ambulance crew, were reported to have non‑life‑threatening injuries, while two—one of the occupants and the bystander—were admitted in serious condition for further treatment.
