High Court Shields Haryana Teachers from Revised HSSC Result

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has issued an order safeguarding serving teachers from the revised result published by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC). The decision comes after concerns that the new result list could affect the employment status of teachers currently in service. The court directed the commission to maintain the status of all teachers who were already appointed before the release of the revised list. The ruling is expected to prevent any unwarranted changes in the employment records of teachers across the state. The HSSC is yet to respond to the court’s directive.
