The dairy workers' strike in Haryana continued into a second day, but officials say milk deliveries have not been disrupted.
The protest by dairy workers in Haryana moved into its second day, marking a continuation of the dispute that began yesterday. Authorities confirmed that the strike remains active, with participants demanding their grievances to be addressed.
Despite the ongoing walkout, the state’s milk distribution network has continued to operate without interruption. Government and private dairy cooperatives reported that collection points and delivery schedules are functioning as usual, and consumers have not experienced shortages.
Officials said they are closely monitoring the situation and remain prepared to intervene if the strike threatens the supply chain. For now, the uninterrupted flow of milk suggests that contingency measures are effective, though the outcome of the workers' demands remains unresolved.
