The Haryana government, in partnership with the World Bank, announced plans to use artificial intelligence and digital governance tools to improve citizen-centric services across the state.

The Haryana government has teamed up with the World Bank to introduce artificial intelligence and digital governance solutions aimed at enhancing citizen services.
The partnership, announced in a joint statement, will focus on deploying AI-driven platforms to streamline processes such as land records, tax filing and public grievance redressal.
Officials say the initiative will reduce paperwork, cut processing times and increase transparency for residents.
Work will begin with a pilot project in select districts, with plans to scale up statewide after a six‑month evaluation period.
