Gwalior Police Form SIT to Find Missing 'Laddu Gopal' Idol for Devotee

In an unusual move, the Gwalior Police have established a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to track down a missing idol of Lord Krishna, popularly known as 'Laddu Gopal'. The decision comes after a local woman reported the idol missing, asserting its deep personal and familial significance.

The SIT, comprising officers from three different police stations, has been tasked with investigating the disappearance. The focus of this unique police mission is to recover the sacred idol, which the complainant considers a part of her family.

This specialized unit will now work to locate the missing deity, marking a distinctive approach by the Gwalior Police to address a case rooted in personal faith and devotion.
