Goa Tourism Minister Predicts Visitor Numbers to Match or Exceed 2023 Levels

Goa Tourism Minister Rohan A Kh has projected that visitor arrivals in 2024 will be at least equal to, if not higher than, the figures recorded in 2023. The statement comes as Goa works to revive its tourism industry after the downturn caused by the COVID‑19 pandemic. The minister added that the state is implementing measures to attract both domestic and international tourists, which could help sustain the growth trajectory. Tourism remains a vital part of Goa's economy, and the forecast signals confidence in the sector's resilience.
