Goa Cricket Squad Heads to Oman for Pre-Season, Dinesh Mongia Appointed Head Coach

Former India all‑rounder Dinesh Mongia has been appointed as head coach, bringing experience from his stint with the national team.

The tour will include practice matches against local sides and a series of fitness drills aimed at preparing the squad for the upcoming domestic season.

Officials say the overseas exposure will help the players adapt to varied pitch conditions and improve team cohesion.

The Goa squad will return to India in late May, ready to compete in the Ranji Trophy and other domestic fixtures.
