Four detained in anti‑gambling raid on Mancherial outskirts, Telangana

The operation was busted under the state's strict anti‑gambling provisions, which prohibit organized betting and games of chance. Local law enforcement officials said the raid was part of a broader effort to curb unlawful gambling that often fuels other criminal activities.
Investigators have not disclosed further details about the suspects or the scale of the gambling network. The police indicated that the case will be forwarded to the district court for legal proceedings, and additional inquiries may follow.
