Inspectors found that the same kitchen, freezer and oven were used for preparing both vegetarian and non‑vegetarian items, indicating a breach of the segregation rules for veg food outlets.
During the raid, samples of cheese, sauce and cream were collected for laboratory analysis to verify any cross‑contamination. The department’s report concluded that the outlet failed to maintain the required separation of veg and non‑veg preparation areas.
