The noir feature "Fog City" is being shot in San Francisco’s North Beach, with the crew turning the streets into a 1930s backdrop.
The production of "Fog City" is underway in San Francisco’s historic North Beach district, where the crew has transformed the area into a 1930s setting.
Set designers have installed period‑appropriate signage, vintage streetlamps and props to recreate the era’s atmosphere, while the lighting team uses a muted palette to evoke the film’s noir aesthetic.
Local residents and film enthusiasts have taken notice of the dramatic change, and the shoot is slated to continue through the coming months before the crew moves on to the next location.
