Five Special Bhopal‑Rewa Trains Added for Raksha Bandhan, Service Runs Aug 25‑31

Indian Railways announced that five additional special trains will operate on the Bhopal‑Rewa corridor from 25 August through 31 August. The move responds to the expected surge of travelers during the upcoming Raksha Bandhan festival, when many families travel across Madhya Pradesh to reunite. Each of the extra services will follow the standard Bhopal‑Rewa route, stopping at major stations such as Vidisha, Sagar and Satna, and will be classified as special trains with reserved and unreserved coaches. The temporary schedule will supplement the regular daily services, and passengers are advised to book tickets early as seats are likely to fill quickly.
