The document notes that the university charged students ₹450 for a serving that consisted of only half a cup of black tea.
According to the officer’s remarks, the cost was disproportionate to the quantity provided, raising concerns about wasteful expenditure of university funds. The official highlighted that such pricing does not align with the institution’s financial prudence policies and could be viewed as an unnecessary burden on students.
