According to her statement, while she was presenting the complaint, Rakesh Kumar, who was present in the chamber, slapped her and used abusive language.
The guard said she had not received any salary for the past four months, prompting her to seek immediate redress from hospital authorities. The alleged assault occurred during the same meeting where she highlighted the pending wages.
