A man impersonating an ECHS vigilance officer, wearing an army uniform, was apprehended in Chirawa after his suspicious actions of demanding patient records from private hospitals led to an investigation.

An incident that caused a stir in the Chirawa area of Jhunjhunu district involved a young man who posed as a vigilance officer from the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS). The individual was seen moving freely within private hospitals, allegedly wearing an army uniform.

His suspicious behavior, particularly his demands for patient records, raised alarms among hospital staff. This prompted an inquiry into his credentials.

During the subsequent investigation, the man's claims were found to be false, revealing his deception. The discovery led to his apprehension and has caused concern throughout the region.
