Election Commission Deputy ECs to Visit 5 States to Review Poll Readiness

In a significant move to ensure smooth conduct of upcoming high-stakes elections, the Election Commission of India has initiated a series of field inspections. Deputy Election Commissioners have been tasked with visiting five different states to monitor the ground-level preparedness.

The visits are part of a strategic effort by the poll body to strengthen administrative arrangements and ensure all necessary protocols are in place. The Deputy ECs will focus on evaluating the readiness of the electoral machinery and addressing any logistical challenges ahead of the voting process.

This step underscores the commission's commitment to maintaining transparency and efficiency during the election cycle. The inspections aim to provide a firsthand assessment of the state-level election management systems to prevent any disruptions during the polls.
