East Coast Railway announced that water will be continuously supplied on its trains operating in Andhra Pradesh, and that regular passenger announcements will be made.
East Coast Railway issued a notice that all its passenger services in Andhra Pradesh will now have an uninterrupted water supply throughout the journey. The directive applies to both long‑distance and intercity trains operating on the East Coast line.
The railway has coordinated with catering units and onboard staff to ensure water tanks are refilled at major stations and that water dispensers remain functional. Additional monitoring will be carried out to address any shortages promptly.
