Divya Dutta Warns of Bollywood's Herd Mentality After Film Success

Actress Divya Dutta, known for her versatile performances, recently spoke about a prevailing trend in the Hindi film industry. She observed that once a film achieves commercial success, casting directors and producers often look to replicate that success by offering actors similar roles in subsequent projects. "Similar roles trickle in after a success," Dutta remarked, underscoring how this pattern can lead to typecasting and limit an actor’s creative range. She urged filmmakers to break away from this herd mentality and explore diverse characters, arguing that fresh narratives are essential for the industry's growth.
