The national capital, Delhi, witnessed a spell of heavy rainfall, bringing respite from the scorching heat. The rain, which started in the morning, continued intermittently throughout the day. According to reports, the city received 15.6mm of rainfall by evening. The rain has led to waterlogging in some areas, exposing the claims of the government. The meteorological department has issued a yellow alert for tomorrow, indicating the possibility of more rain.
