A new Delhi government portal now lets businesses view, apply for and track over 100 approvals through a single digital interface, eliminating repeated logins.
The Delhi government has rolled out a unified online portal that consolidates more than one hundred regulatory approvals required for commercial operations. Through a single digital interface, entrepreneurs can access information about each permission, submit applications and monitor the status of their requests.
The platform incorporates a single sign‑on (SSO) mechanism, removing the need for multiple logins across different departmental websites. Users can therefore complete the entire approval workflow with just one credential, saving time and reducing administrative friction.
Officials estimate that the portal will directly benefit over eight lakh business owners and traders operating in the capital, streamlining compliance and accelerating the start‑up process. By digitising the application and tracking stages, the system aims to cut down processing delays and improve transparency.
The launch is part of Delhi’s broader digital‑government initiative to modernise service delivery and foster a more business‑friendly environment.
